Refund, Resend & Returns Policy

At ILiving Fitness, we value our customers and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, resends, and returns are accepted. Please read carefully.

1. Disputes & Evidence Requirement

• All disputes must be opened through ILiving Fitness’s official dispute system.
• Required evidence for any dispute:
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, defects, incorrect items, etc.).
  • Screenshot of the customer’s complaint, including name, date, and message.
  • Products must be returned to ILiving Fitness if our Dispute Team requests it.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund, Resend, or Return

2.1 Orders Delayed

• If an order is delayed beyond the standard delivery timeframe, a refund or resend will be offered.

2.2 Orders Not Received

• If tracking information does not confirm delivery, or the order is officially declared lost, we will refund or resend the order.

2.3 Products Damaged

• Completely damaged items: Full refund or replacement.
• Partially damaged items: Partial refund or replacement depending on severity.
• Packaging damage without product damage: Not eligible for refund.

2.4 Incorrect or Missing Products

• Wrong item received: Refund or replacement.
• Missing items: We will resend or refund the missing part.
• Minor variations in size, color, or appearance that do not affect product function are not considered valid for dispute.

2.5 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Important Interpretations

3.1 Dispute Timeframes

• Disputes must be opened within 30 days of delivery.
• Orders that exceed this window are not eligible for refund or return.

3.2 Force Majeure

• ILiving Fitness is not responsible for delays or losses caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, or pandemics.

3.3 Shipping Method & Destination Limits

• Certain shipping methods or restricted destinations may limit tracking or dispute support.

3.4 Returns

• Returns are generally discouraged due to international shipping costs.
• If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3.5 Service Products

• Non-physical services (such as inspection or customization) are not refundable once provided.

3.6 Unacceptable Disputes

• “I no longer want it” or buyer’s remorse.
• Wrong shipping address provided by the customer.
• Minor differences such as odor, slight color variation, or cosmetic imperfections.
• Customs issues caused by the consignee’s failure to comply.

4. Refund Processing Times

• Refunds to your ILiving Fitness account wallet: 1–3 business days.
• Refunds to the original payment method: 3–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
