The muscle roller has helped me with post-gym aches and pains as well as massaging tight muscles. I use it on my arms, legs, and calves. It’s easy to roll over sore spots but I think it’s more effective if someone else helps you. I’ve noticed a difference in how relaxed I feel since I started using it
